I’ve had two dental implants done by Waterer’s in the last six months. Preparation was easy and pain free. Implants were easy to have put in and I’ve had no trouble at all. They are just as good as my real teeth – well probably better. I would totally recommend the whole procedure. All the staff are very friendly and Jonathan provides first class treatment.

Due to an accident at an early age, I have a denture.
After several years it was clear that I needed further treatment, and after discussing my options with the dentist, he suggested that I have implants.
Like many people I had a great fear whenever I visited my dentist, but after all the information given to me the choice became obvious.
Over the period of time that it took to complete the work, my dentist talked me through each stage and due to his patience and assurance, he got me through it.
I am now denture free and am so pleased I chose implants and would do it all over again.
If I can cope with this then anyone else can.

My implant was carried out by Dr. Paul Thompson of Waterer Dental Care around three years ago.
The whole process was carried out in a very professional manner from the approach before the surgery took place when all options were discussed with me, through to the extraction of existing tooth and preparation for the ultimate insertion of the implant itself. A number of visits to the surgery were required to complete the procedure, and most importantly a number of inspections were carried out by Paul after the implant was put in place to ensure that everything was as it should be.
Three years later I can say I am very pleased to have had the implant procedure and it has performed as if my original tooth was in place.
As I was rather a nervous dental patient, when the time came for a decision as to what my next dental treatment would be had to be made, I had a discussion with Paul and it was decided that implants would be the way to go. Paul explained the whole process to me, in detail from the beginning to end. The treatment began last February. I arrived with my daughter for support and was straight away put at my ease by Paul and his nurses. I was checked on many times during the healing process during which after two weeks my stitches were removed.
Then the day arrived when my new teeth were actually fitted. Words cannot describe how I felt, they were just perfection. What with Paul’s work and precision and the nurse’s care and attention the whole operation had been marvellous. I have just had a check up and have been given the all clear.
There is no need for anyone to feel nervous of having implants, the help, care and support which I received at Waterer Dental Care was faultless.

At first I was hesitant to proceed with the treatment due to cost, the fact that surgery was involved and the length of time the treatment required, however after researching the other options available to me, and discussing with friends and family I decided that the implant option was the only long term solution for myself.
Now that the implant is complete I can honestly say that the whole process was pain free, the particular care taken by you in the form of regular checkups ensured the healing process was going well. The period of time involved and the overall cost was well worth the end result where I can now smile with confidence.

Thank you very much for the work – an extremely professional job. I could not be more pleased with the result – and Janet is very pleasantly surprised too. I can not think of any way for you to improve on what you do, except maybe the music. The experience was very comfortable, stress free, and totally pain free, even without anaesthetic.
I was particularly impressed by the efforts you made to get the back contact area correct, and the crown feels totally natural. I should have had this done years ago…
As you know, I was quite apprehensive about the final result… I have seen some truly dreadful dental work… (Margaret Thatcher and Cilla Black stand out among the well known). Your work is aesthetically in a different class.
