Pay-As-You-Go:
If patients just prefer to pay for treatment as they go then this is absolutely fine. After each appointment the patient will receive a treatment plan estimate letting them know what costs are involved and when they will be required to pay.
Discounts:
For large treatment plans the practice can offer a discount on treatment costs if the patient is in a position to pay for the full treatment in advance. The discount offered is dependent on the total cost of treatment and how the patient is going to pay i.e. cheque, credit or debit card.
Guarantee:
If you have had restorative treatment and something goes wrong, requiring repair or re-treatment, within 12 months of the original treatment, then we will carry out the necessary work free of charge.
However this will not apply if within the 12 month period another dentist has carried out treatment on the same tooth that has been restored, or if the patient was advised that the restoration was temporary or a different restoration was more appropriate, but the patient insisted on a different form or restoration, or the repair or restoration is a result of trauma.
