Here at Waterer Dental Care we like to keep up to date with the latest legislation, technology, regulations and treatments etc.
As part of our continuous staff development, last Wednesday the practice was closed 9.30am-3.30pm for a staff training event. We hosted an external trainer from Denplan whom updated and enhanced our teams knowledge and understanding of Disability and Autism awareness, looked at our patient journey and discussed changes in our regulator requirements.
All of these topics are aimed to improve our patient care and experience at the practice. 😀😀😀😀
